What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us: usually your name, email, phone number and event details when you contact us about bookings or catering. We don't take payments or create accounts on this website.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, quote and plan your event, and keep in touch about that booking. We won't sell your information or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business (such as our email host), and only as needed. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Social media and third-party links

This site links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Linktree. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for how they handle your data.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and delete it when we no longer need it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing support@drippd.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Prices, items and availability shown here are a guide and may change without notice. Prices at the truck on the day apply. Our locations and trading times vary, so check our Linktree for the latest.

Images

Photos and animations are for illustration. Your dessert is made fresh by hand, so it may look a little different.

Events and catering

Enquiries made through this site aren't confirmed bookings. Each booking is confirmed in writing with its own details, deposit and cancellation terms.

Intellectual property

The Drippd name, logo, truck design, photos and site content belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Allergens

Our kitchen is a swirl of flavours, so wheat, gluten, milk and egg can sneak into any item. Even if you ditch an ingredient, its tiny buddies might still be around.

Toppings and sauces may also contain or come into contact with nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame. Please tell our team about any allergies or dietary needs before you order and we'll help you build the perfect Dr!ppd.
